About the Journal

Pakistan Oral & Dental Journal is a quarterly peer-reviewed journal publishing four issues annually. Each issue is published simultaneously in print and online formats.

The journal accepts original research articles, reviews, case reports, short scientific communications, letters to the editor and commentaries. The journal was established in 1981 and it is a recognized journal of “Pakistan Medical and Dental Council” and HEC. It is also indexed by the following international /national databases:
J-gate (India), iTunes, Publons, Pak Medi Net, Index Medicus WHO (EMR), Google Scholar.

Mission statement: The mission of Pakistan Oral & Dental Journal is to advance evidence-based dental science through the publication of high-quality original research, reviews, clinical reports and scholarly communications that contribute to dental education, research and clinical practice nationally and internationally.
